This book was created in collaboration with Stanko Crnobrnja and the Museum of Yugoslavia. Even a couple of years later this is one of our favorite projects - due to its complexity, personal take it had, the intriguing story behind it, and amazing people who gave us an opportunity to create something meaningful and beautiful.

What makes this book interesting design-wise is that it consists of 3 different parts—the introduction which is followed by a huge number of images, the diary of the author which we had to keep in the form of a diary, and the contribution part which resembles a dictionary. Our task was to clearly differentiate those parts of the book while keeping the flow. We believe in the success of the outcome because the author still claims that we’ve created a 3D book in 2D format.
