Leslie Lohman Museum of Art

Leslie-Lohman is an NYC-based LGBTQ+ art museum.

Our task was to redesign their website with the help of the dev team Spagylo and Antarctic Agency. The idea was to create a user interface that will allow artworks to speak for themselves. Additionally, to design a website that imitates the physical space of the art gallery and triggers interaction. Raw typography, a lot of white space, and the colors which are taken from the actual artworks allow artworks to be superior in comparison to other elements. Although clean in design this website is quite energetic and celebrates queer history.
